PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ophir epoxy resin Part A and Part B adhesive. It is a two-component AB adhesive based on epoxy resin. It has the advantages of good flowing property natural de-foaming. It can be cured under normal temperature and high temperature, it’s with low viscosity, high transparency, anti-yellow, no bubbles, bright in surface.

Epoxy resin sold by set (PART A and PART B)

It is a self-leveling resin can be used on various surfaces such as, wood, glass, fabric, concrete and metal.
Epoxy Resin is odorless, non-toxic and solvent free liquid.
Epoxy Resin cures within 24 hours.
Epoxy Resin is NOT a flammable substance
Shelf life upon opening is 6 months and shall be stored in a well shaded area, not exposed directly to sunlight.
Basic mixing instruction: Add PART A and PART B = specified volume/weight needed.
Epoxy Resin 1KG = 500g Part A + 500g Part B (1:1 Ratio)

Notes

1.The operating environment should be ventilated and away from fire. Closely sealed after use.

2.Keep away from children.

3.Avoid eye contact, in case of contact, wash with plenty of water and get medical attention immediately.

4.If contact skin, wrap with clean cloth or paper, and wash it with water and soap.

5.Please take a trial mix before application to avoid usage error.

Storage And Shelf Life

1.Store in cool and dry place with temperature of 25°C.Avoid from sunlight, high temperature or high humidity environment.

2.The shelf life is six months in the room temperature of 25°C.

3.Use it as soon as possible when opened. Avoid exposing it to the air for a long time after opening so not to affect the product’s quality
